A&W Roofing ("we," "us") operates this website to tell you about our roofing services and make it easy to request an estimate. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, general location, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in your message (such as your property address). If you use our shingle visualizer's photo upload, the photo you provide is processed to show shingle colors on your roof.
We use your information for one purpose: responding to your request — calling you back, preparing your estimate, sending you the estimate you asked for, and scheduling work you approve. Your contact details and request are stored in our business records (including our lead-tracking spreadsheet and email) so we can serve you and keep records of our work.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email lists. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to block spam; its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our service-area map is built on OpenStreetMap data, and address checks use the OpenStreetMap Nominatim geocoding service to locate the address you type. Our email and business records run on Google Workspace services.
We keep estimate requests and job records as long as needed for our business records, warranties (our labor warranty runs 7 years), and legal requirements.
Want to know what we have, correct it, or have it deleted? Call us at (251) 391-5262 or email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
